Return & Refund Policy
All products at HW Designs are handcrafted in small batches, with subtle variations that reflect their unique, artisanal nature.
All sales are final.
Due to the handmade-to-order nature of our work, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Please review all product details carefully before placing your order.
Damaged or faulty items
If your order damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing: info@hwdesigns.ch
Include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos or video of the damaged item and packaging
- A note indicating whether you prefer a refund or store credit
We will assess each case individually and do our best to resolve the issue fairly. If store credit is chosen, it will be issued as a digital gift card that can be used toward any future order.
Please note:
- Refunds are issued to the original form of payment only.
- Store credit is non-refundable once issues.
- We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.
- Sale items, custom orders, and gift cards are not eligible for refund or exchange.
Note for EU Customers:
In accordance with Article 16 of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to order, personalized, or clearly handmade and unique in nature. As all of our products are crafted in small batches with artisanal variations, we respectfully exclude them from the 14-day withdrawal period.
