Due to the handmade-to-order process, we do not accept cancelations or returns once an order is placed. Please review all product details carefully before purchasing.

For damaged and faulty items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@hwdesigns.ch with clear photos or videos.

We'll assess each case individually and offer either a refund or store credit if applicable.
