Order Preparation

All pieces are handmade-to-order in our Swiss studio. 

  • We typically prepare orders within 5-7 business days
  • For custom requests, please allow 7-10 business days

This refers to the time we need to handcraft, finish and pack your order before it is dispatched (handed over to the shipping carrier).

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Please note:

  • Delivery times vary by destination and begin after your order has been shipped by the carrier.
  • If you have a specific deadline, please contact us before placing your order. 

 

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to Switzerland and 26 countries across Europe: 

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Slovakia, Slovenia and Sweden. 

We are exploring international shipping beyond those countries. If you're located elsewhere, let us know — we'd love to hear from you.  

 

Shipping Rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location.

  • We occasionally run free shipping promotions, especially during collection launches. Make sure you keep an eye out on those launches by joining our online community on the website and following us on Instagram: @hwdesigns.ch

 

Additional Information 

  • Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, or because the recipient was unavailable to receive it, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs.
  • Custom duties and import taxes, if applicable, are the buyer's responsibility and vary by country. 
  • Once your order has been handed to shipping carrier, we are not liable for delivery delays, lost parcels, or damages in transit.
